The breakfast had a wide range of food, satisfying. The staff provided excellent service. The location in Dallas was great, a definite plus. The Galleria district was worth staying in.

The suit was very clean and nice. Location is great, you can walk to get to restaurants around. We were very satisfied with the price we paid.

Im Racheal & filling this out instead of my husband! The staff was great! We had an er & left for the hospital around 10p & got a refund & returned at 330am & got the same great rate we had before as well as a 1p check out & even tho breakfast is only served until 10a, they accommodated us at 1130a when we woke up! If your looking for luxury this isn't the place, but it's close to everything & if your not spending a lot of time in your room or on a budget then it's great!!! :) again the staff was amazing & I loved having a full size fridge!

D & service make up for the not so comfy bed & I'm 38weeks prego! There wasn't any sugar in the room for coffee, but I drink mine black so I was ok, so others might want to grab some from the breakfast area before heading to your room! I wasn't happy with the bathroom layout...the shower/bath tub wasnt very bright, but it was clean.

This place is in a great spot, super close to the airport and a bunch of restaurants and food spots.

Well maintained property included up to date lighting fixtures, bedding, large flat screen tv, comfortable bedding, fresh paint throughout. Checkin was error free. Desk person actually read the reservation. A request for early checkin was accomodated.Room was already cleaned.

Attending a wedding, we decided to stay at Hawthorn Suites to save money and have the convenience of a kitchenette. The spacious suite provided the perfect amount of room for our needs, and the friendly staff quickly resolved any transportation needs we had. The location was ideal for our trip and the overall ambiance of the building was pleasant. Despite a noisy refrigerator, the comfort and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning in the future.

How the bathroom door and door to the room were so close together.

The hotel is located in a lovely area and is very close to many restaurants and bars. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of excellent food. Everything about our stay was simply wonderful.

1. The business center had one computer with a printer that was out of order 2. With one computer, other guests were hogging it. 3. With no time limit I had to wait for my turn to use it. When this occurred, printer did not work. 4. No restaurants or food services close. I had to eat at Whataburger 5. shuttle to airport was at 430 so I had to go way early to make flight
